Hairston Event and Designs Uniquely Playful  (HeadsUP) was created by N. Rogers Hairston in 2006 to work with planners of all types (baby showers, wedding consultants, special events, corporate, sports, conferences & meetings, non-profits, etc.) on creating and designing  unique and playful events.  Using the blog, Black Tie Optional at www.thespecialeventsplanner.com, provides planners a place to network and share information from tips and techniques, websites, resources, ideas, themes, etc.  HeadsUp is a NWA based company that provides a one-stop resource.

Rogers Hairston has more than 30 years experience as a private planning consultant and a manager of a team of conference and meetings event coordinators with a conference center.  Hairston has worked extensively with non-profits, corporate, and special events planners through out Northwest Arkansas.
